Our handbooks are digital and generated on demand, so we cannot take them back — but we stand behind them. If the handbook you receive is unusable for your business (it does not reflect the profile you entered, generation failed and could not be resumed, or the content is materially defective), email support@gethandbookhq.com within 14 days of purchase from the order email address and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
The $129 charged at checkout is covered by the same 14-day policy. The $39 annual charge is not refundable once billed, but you can cancel any time before it and you will not be charged again.
Many issues are fixed faster than a refund: if a detail is wrong, tell us and we will regenerate the affected section at no charge. Refund requests are handled within 3 business days; refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Refunds are not provided because a document requires editing to fit your business (that is expected and explained before purchase), because an attorney, insurer or agency requested changes, or for requests made more than 14 days after purchase.
